Los Angeles-based Hudson Pacific Properties is the long-time owner of 10950 Washington Blvd. When the NFL Network vacated the property, Hudson chose to reinvest and reimagine the aging site for much-needed housing, rather than leasing it once again as an office complex and studio. Hudson Pacific assembled a local team with strong Culver City roots to help facilitate its vision for the property.
