PROJECT VISION & DETAILS

Guided by a commitment to be a good neighbor and steward, Hudson Pacific Properties purposefully engaged and invited the community’s meaningful participation in the design process with its overall goal to improve the neighborhood experience with pedestrian-focused design, community-centric retail, and elegant architecture along Washington Blvd. Hudson Pacific Properties is dedicated to reimagining the property with a design that represents the character of the community and neighborhood by transforming a decades-old office campus into a community-oriented, mixed-use development, and place to gather, all the while investing in much-needed housing near neighborhood amenities, quality transit, and jobs. The project will include apartments of varying sizes and at various price points, meaning that all Culver City residents will be able to call 10950 Washington home.
