Guided by a commitment to being a good neighbor and steward, Hudson Pacific Properties purposefully engaged and invited the community’s meaningful participation in the design process. Three hybrid community meetings were held at La Ballona Elementary School with virtual accessibility provided via Zoom.  Additionally, the team met with community leaders and neighbors to gather feedback and will remain available for ongoing discussion throughout the entitlement and development process.
